New Award!

This may not look like a very exciting picture, but it’s SUPER exciting for us 🥳

We are very proud to announce that we have been awarded 4* GOLD from Quality in Tourism!  This is the largest accreditation body in the UK working in travel, tourism and hospitality….so they know what they are taking about 😆

They summarised our business as follows…

“Coastal Cabins have achieved a Four Star accreditation rating. Standards observed were of a consistently high level across all areas of the accommodation and this along with excellent housekeeping standards has ensured that a Gold Award for the cabins has also been confirmed.”

With an overall score of 84% we were just 3% short of 5* status.  The score was calculated by assessing our business in areas such as first impressions of the site, safety, website, guest experience, housekeeping, interior design, quality of beds and furnishings, bathrooms and kitchens and so much more.

We’re particularly proud of our score of 98% for housekeeping, and in their words our “GREAT Instagram!” 🙌😜
